ABOUT THIS SITE

Tommy writes on the leader’s life and work.

Psalm 78:72 says, “And David shepherded them with integrity of heart; with skillful hands he led them.”

King David was a powerful leader for God. His life was a potent combination of integrity and skill. Godly integrity is the “center pole” of leadership. Remove it and the leadership tent collapses. The same is true of the leader’s life. When integrity topples the leader topples.

At the same time, great character apart from skillful leadership will not get the job done. Both are essential! This blog focuses on the leader’s life (integrity) and work (skill). You can expect a regular dose of leadership insight that is theoretically robust, biblically sound, and practically applied.
